[Rd] timings for examples in R CMD check

Gavin,
You were correct. Operator error.
My tests/Examples directory contained both a
‘PerformanceAnalytics-Ex.Rout’ and a
‘PerformanceAnalytics-Ex.Rout.save’
file.
Corrected now, and check shows
* checking examples ... OK
