Printing generates "ghost" windows. If you try to select the window using the
Window menu you get:

2006-06-06 11:30:17.685 R[2096] PScurrentwindowbounds: CGSGetWindowBounds
returned error (1001)
2006-06-06 11:30:17.693 R[2096] A Carbon window's title couldn't be gotten.

and menus are no longer accessible. Using LANIER LD122 PS driver.
