[Rd] md5sum for R-2.2.0-win32.exe ??

That was part of it.  However, the md5sum.txt wasn't being built 
properly either.

Well, the bad file was online for two weeks before anyone noticed, so 
I'm not sure everyone is being diligent in checking it.
