Correction:

I noted that under the Legacy Development Group there is just a general
category for "compat-gcc-32", which upon further review appears to
include the above g77 RPM as well as:

compat-gcc-32-c++-3.2.3-47.fc4
compat-gcc-32-3.2.3-47.fc4

My oversight.
