[Rd] First testing of R-2.0.0 alpha on Gentoo Linux

Hmm, but would the linker know where to find them? Also, there could
be an issue with dynamic vs. static libraries. Any configure experts
around?

Not all of them, for every build... I think most of the warnings are
in principle known by the respective authors, but a small "executive
summary" might have some nag factor value.
