[Rd] methods package: hasArg -- typo in description?

Dear list member / core group member,

although I am not a native English speaking person, but it seems that in the
description passage of hasArg it should read:

"Returns TRUE if name corresponds to"
instead of
"Returns TRUE is name corresponds to"  
as currently (R 2.0.0 non-patched)
