The best place for questions is probably the r-help list, or possibly
the r-devel list.  See <http://www.r-project.org/mail.html> for the
descriptions, archives, etc. 

Please *don't* send help requests to the r-bugs list; that wastes time
for the developers, because every message there ends up in the bug
repository at <http://bugs.r-project.org/>.
