[Rd] Windows chmhelp fails for files called ....col.Rd; was: [R] problems with max.col()

It does seem to be *.col.html files that give the problem, not max.col as
a topic.  I've renamed the file to maxCol.Rd: I could find no other
*.col.Rd files anywhere.
