VR update

There is an update to VR_7.0-9 on CRAN, which you may want to ensure you
have if you are beta-testing 1.6.1.

The only changes are in the scripts, working around changes in lattice,
mclust, nlme (where the examples stopped working on Linux, only, for me a
few months ago) and yags.

We do seem to be getting a lot of API changes in packages, usually
unannounced, and that makes update.packages() a very dangerous tool.
