[Rd] configure script fails on comment in tkConfig.sh (PR#1500)

Of course it is a bug in tkConfig.sh. But since I encountered it
on two out of four platforms, one very old, one new, it could be
a problem more people will run into. Whether this is something
the configure script of R should take care of is something I
don't have an opinion about.
