[Rd] Recent spam -- should we forbid javascript?

The recent spam that went to both R-devel and R-help would have been
 somewhat difficult to autodetect by the relatively simple filters we use.

One possibility to prevent these would be to disallow javascript at all
(in mails to the  mailing lists).
Does anyone see a reason against this measure?
     [note that there won't ever be a 100% spam proof system..]
