[Rd] Why not in Debian distro?

It is in potato (stable)in the math section: r-base 0.90.1-2 .
Oddly, woody (testing) still has r-base 0.90.1-2, but unstable (sid) has
r-base 1.3.0-1 .
People like me who are still running stable can get up-to-date R
packages by sticking the following line in /etc/apt/sources.list:
deb http://stat.ethz.ch/CRAN/bin/linux/debian potato main
