[Rd] Inconsistent behavior of par() agruments on lines() (PR#542)

Setting argument 'lty' via par() to dased lines does not
affect 
how lines are drawn with 'lines()' -- they remain solid. 
Two
possible fixes:
1) Have 'lty' affect the behavior of 'lines()'
2) Leave behavior as is, indicating in the documentation
that
the default is '1' and not 'par("lty")'.

Note:  Option 1 is more consistent with how the 'col'
argument to
par() is handled.
