[Rd] Use of Rd2txt on .Rd files from rw-1.0.0 (PR#498)

How did you get the files from Windows to Solaris? I suspect you have
CRLF line endings (which emacs tolerates). Try converting to LF
(e.g. by MULE on emacs setting the coding). It is a bit much to expext
Unix systems to accept Windows files.
