Spline code fixed

The problem in "spline" and "splinefun" has been fixed.  There was a
typo in the code computing natural and Forsythe/Malcom/Moler splines.
Only extrapolation beyond the right-hand endpoint would have produced
incorrect results.  Periodic splines were not affected.
