revised versions of "R for Beginners" on CRAN

Dear colleagues,

New versions of "R for Beginners" in French and in English are available on
CRAN in the Contributed Documentation section. The document is now nearly
60 pages long, and has been completely revised. The description of
"objects" and of data manipulation has been completely re-written. The
section on graphics has been particularly extended, and includes now an
introduction on the packages grid and lattice. Comments are welcome.

Une nouvelle version de "R pour les débutants" en français et en anglais
est disponible sur le CRAN dans la partie "Contributed Documentation". Le
document fait maintenant presque 60 pages et a été entièrement révisé. La
description des "objets" et de la manipulation des données a été
complètement ré-écrite. La partie sur les graphiques a été notamment
étendue et inclue maintenant une introduction aux packages grid et lattice.
Tout commentaire sera le bienvenu.
