RArcInfo 0.3

Hi,

A new release of the package RArcInfo is out. I have just uploaded it to
CRAN. This package allows the user to import Arc/Info Version 7.x binary
coverages into R.

 The improvements in this release are:

- Proper compiling under 'Big endian' platforms.

- A new function (read.coverage) has been added for easier coverage
importing. PLease, read the documentation before using it.

- Plots now are resized according the proportions of the map.

- Minor bug fixes.
