New Package

I have put a new package called "cclust", that is dealing with Convex
Clustering Methods. More anallyticaly, it is performing the normal Kmeans 
clustering, the On-line Update clustering(Hard Competitive Learning) and
the Neural Gas (Soft Competitive) clustering method.
For more details there is a help page in R.
