[MM-Tst] Test Mail to the mailman testing list

I'm not really content:

- The Web interface only allows "taboo header regular expressions",
  not the "taboo BODY ones" that I have for majordomo.

- It seems that each mailing list has to be configured separately.
  I want *GLOBAL* anti-spam filters, etc.
