[ESS] Prevent ESS From Writing .Rhistory

I doubt that it is OS.  it could be out-of-date ESS.

I see this on
ESS 14.09 on Macintosh
ESS 15.03-1 on Windows
ESS 15.09-2 on Windows

Are there other variables besides
comint-password-prompt-regexp
that might be relevant?
