[ESS] ESS, knitr, Rmarkdown

Well, obviously it's still in development :)
The best information available at the moment is really on the github page.

For what it's worth, I always use key bindings for knitting, 'M-n e' for 
instance, but I bound it to a personal key combination.
(I actually had to check that there was indeed a polymode menu!)...
