[ESS] ess-mode 5.3.7; R 2.7.0; help is not creating a help buffer

Mysteriously this started working on 2.7.0 so there is apparently no
problem.

Hi Marcus, can you confirm that you get desired behaviour in R
2.6.x, but not 2.7.0?
