[ESS] New version of GNU Emacs Modified -- image support

I uploaded a new version of my modified GNU Emacs for Windows  
distribution:

The distribution now includes the libraries to display XPM, PNG, JPEG,  
TIFF and GIF images supported under Windows since Emacs version 22.1.  
Among other things, this means that the toolbar displays in color  
(hence it is no longer hidden by default), that the ESS toolbar  
displays correctly and that the preview-latex mode of AUCTeX works to  
its full extent (provided Ghostscript is installed).

The libraries are taken from the GnuWin32 project (http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net 
).
