[ESS] "asynchronous" ess-eval-*

This is not good enough. After C-g R/ESS finishes the current command,
but will not execute any remaining commands. Say if I send two lines and
C-g during the execution of the 1st line the 1st line will complete, but
the 2nd won't start at all.
