Problem installing ESS

browse-url is included as part of GNU emacs in the file
emacs-21.2/lisp/net/browse-url.el

browse-url is used in mouseme.el, an emacs file that we redistribute
with ESS. We use mouseme.el in ess-mous.el.

I don't know where browse-url.el sits in the Xemacs directory or
package structure.

I recommend that you find browse-url.el.

If you want to bypass the mouse-sensitivity feature of ESS, then you
can go to ess/lisp/ess-site.el and comment out line 408
(require 'ess-mous)
by replacing it with
;; (require 'ess-mous)
