5 sec wait on C-c C-l

In all recent versions of ESS, I have commented out the lines

 (if (or (equal window-system 'w32) (equal window-system 'w32))
     (sleep-for 4))

in ess-inf.el, and this has worked well for me.  (I'm running R under
Win NT.)  I have also commented out the two first (out of the)
occurrences of

 (if (or (equal window-system 'w32) (equal window-system 'w32))
     (sleep-for 0.5))

apparently without any problem.  (Commenting out also the last
occurrence led to an extra ">" in the *R* buffer.)

This seems to work well with R under Windows, but I assume that with
Splus, it is not a good idea.
