ess 5.1.20 seems to have disappeared from ess.stat.wisc.edu

The ess distribution site has moved to the University of Washington,
which is where Tony Rossini is located.  One URI for it is

         http://software.biostat.washington.edu/statsoft/ess

I'm not sure if that is the "official" distribution site.
