Sqpe+6 in Windows 2000

The sqpe+6 not giving a prompt is a bug in Splus6.  ESS 5.1.20 works
around that bug using a fix sent to us by Insightful.

The help bug that you report is new to me.  please try help() in ESS-5.1.20.
If the bug is still there then please send lots of detail.  Begin by
entering M-x ess-submit-bug-report
and send all that to ess-bugs along with whatever other description
you think we might need.
