R command name completion on Xemacs for Win2000

Thank you for your tips.

Unfortunately they didn't work for me.
I did:

> xemacs -q -no-site-file
Then inside Xemacs I've done
"M-x load-file" and loaded my "ess-site.el" file
Then I did "M-x R"
After getting the R prompt I tried command completion and I got the same 
error message:
"No ESS process is associated  with this buffer now."

Thank you for any further suggestions.
