ESS in windows

Depends on when it's released (i.e. if someone will get around to
looking at it).  I don't think so, but suspect it will be in the next
version.

We've got a "schism" of sorts with the core developers -- I use XEmacs
and Linux nearly exclusively, and tend towards being dogmatic about
XEmacs use; however, I'm not good at tracing down Microsoft problems,
so have tended to aviod solving the R/SAS/XEmacs on Microsoft issues.

The majority of the other developers prefer Emacs to a dogmatic
extent, including those who use Microsoft environments.

So, as much as I'd like to get this solved (being pretty sure that
XEmacs is the one true editor, all hail high prophets Jamie, Chuck and
Ben), I don't know when I'll get to it.  Maybe by the last week of
March.
