[ESS-bugs] ess-mode 16.04 [<unknown>]; browser() noes not pause execution in ESS

It works for me as expected under similar setup with all versions of R. Nor I am
aware of any changes that might have caused it. So probably upgrading ESS will
not work. Do you have an older version of R around by any chance?
