[ESS-bugs] Enhancement request: When submitting ESS bug report, <send report> command not visible

Yes, I think adding it to the top of the submit buffer (although not
on the separator line, that is matched by a regexp to find the end of
the header, and best left alone.)  Emacs does a similar thing.  I'll
add some text, similar to what you see after M-x report-emacs-buf

ESS simply uses the same machinery that Emacs uses in
report-emacs-bug so what you are suggesting may be better handled at
the Emacs level (in reporter.el).

Just by coincidence, today, the first Emacs 22 pretest has been
announced on the emacs-devel list (how many months/year late...?!?) so
now is not the time for that request to Emacs people, but something
definitely for the back burner...
