[ESS-bugs] Enhancement request: When submitting ESS bug report, <send report> command not visible

Hi Steven:

Two tips:

1. I don't know how emacs does this, but xemacs is usually pretty good
about finding a way for the bug report to be sent or issue a warning
otherwise. So, you might check xemacs.

2. Get an AOL.com account. They're free! I have a Mac too and that's
what I use when I need to send something and I don't want to bother
with the hassle of Exchange.
