[ESS-bugs] Alt+; pressed twice does not uncomment the block in SAS mode

Hi Adrian:

Perhaps it's the word "block" that I don't understand.  When I press M-; in
ESS[R], I get a comment that begins at the END of the line.  Is that 
what you get? 
Is that what you want ESS[SAS] to do?
