[ESS-bugs] ess-5.2.0beta2 : too buglets (corrected)

I've corrected the following two problems:

1) "make" didn't work anymore, because, after the elimination of
   the extraneous lisp/essd-sp4com.el  I had forgotten to also
   erase the name from lisp/Makefile.

   (still one should do "make" with a fresh checkout before release..)

2) It didn't work anymore with Emacs 20.
   (There are somewhat understandable reasons to prefer 20 to
   21; one of them is "VM + W3" which for us still sucks in 21;
   I'm glad for advice here, BTW).
   
   -> I've added the necessary function definition in lisp/ess-emcs.el
