Yesterday a new version gdata package (2.8.2) was released. After upgrading the package, gplots stopped working.
Error : object ânobsâ is not exported by 'namespace:gdata'
ERROR: lazy loading failed for package âgplotsâ
The only way I had to fix this was to uninstall both packages and install an older version manually.
Regards
