[BioC] Upgrade bioconductor to version 2.6

Hi,

I have installed R-2.12.2 on my linux system and have installed various 
biocondutor (verison 2.5.11) packages without issue.
However, I am trying to install the bioconductor package BayesPeak and 
it requires bioconductor version 2.6 or later

How do I upgrade the Bioconductore package?

I have run:

|source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")
update.packages(repos=biocinstallRepos(), ask=FALSE, checkBuilt=TRUE)
|


But it did not resolve the issue.

I also ran

|biocLite()

|

But it just pulls/downloads packages from bioconductor/packages/2.5  
dir.... how do I change this.
