[BioC] biomart Ensembl Regulatory Build

Dear list,

The Ensembl Regulatory Build takes data such as CTCF binding sites,
DNaseI hypersensitive sites, transcription factor binding sites, and
histone modification profiles, and integrates these data into
‘regulatory features’. Is it possible to use biomart  to get these
regions for whole human genome?

I want to check whether my snp list is in these regions or not.
