[BioC] packege for presence of motifs or protein domains

Dear all,
i would like to know if with R is possible to analyze the
presence of motifs or protein domains?
I would need a package that, for a given protein sequence, it will look
for the presence of protein domains.

for example I tried ITIM motifs (I / V / L / SxYxxL / V).

Do you know something?
