[BioC] download error with some packages(windows)

Hello,

we have following problem:

There are some packages for R under Windows, which we can't completely
download (in R and Browser).
The downloaded file is 0kbyte.
We know that this problem is caused by our Firewall, but we do not
know why this happens.
There are no error messages and no entries in log files.

Example
Package:gahgu133acdf
Url:
http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/data/annotation/html/gahgu133acdf.html

If I delete the rdb-file in this zip, then I can download this file
without problems.

Maybe someone heard about this problem.
