[BioC] Protein microarray analysis using Bioconductor

Dear Javier

for the data analysis, there are many analogies and similarities to 
analysis of nucleotide-based arrays, so maybe can you say in which 
respect you think those existing methods are not sufficient for your 
data / what you need in addition?
