[BioC] Bayseq vignette is missing

Do you mean the baySeq package? Usually the pdf version of vignette is
not included in the repository because it can be automatically generated
by the build system. If you get the source code from BioC repository,
then you probably have to run R CMD build the generate the tarball that
includes the pdf vignette. If you get the source code as a tarball from
http://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/baySeq.html, then you
can install it directly and it should have a compiled pdf vignette. If
you install the package using 'biocLite', then you should have a pdf
vignette as well.
