[BioC] beginner limma q

Dear Marissa,

Section 3.2 is a hypothetical example.  As the guide says, it's "a quick 
overview of what an analysis might look like".  There are no files for 
download.  On the other hand, the five case studies at the end of the 
User's Guide do give links to data files for download.
