[BioC] CDF file for Mouse Gene 1.1 ST Array

Hi Lucia,
Take a look at the Affymetrix Gene ST section here: http://bioconductor.org/help/workflows/oligo-arrays/

oligo or xps if recommended over affy to analyse ST arrays. There's lots in the archives about this.
