[BioC] HTqPCR (plotCtOverview) problem

Feature classes shouldn't matter at all here. I can reproduce this using
the data sets included in HTqPCR (qPCRraw and qPCRpros) though. What does
traceback() say? And does the same happen when you use conf.int=FALSE?
