[BioC] ShortRead Per Cycle Score

That page reports version 1.6.2, not 1.6.0.

So either use biocLite("ShortRead") to upgrade to 1.6.2, or you can use 
update.packages(repos=biocinstallRepos(), ask=FALSE) after sourcing 
biocLite(), to get any other updated packages as well.
