Hi,

I have a problem compiling and installing RBGL on my Fedora 11 64bit machine.
I have attached the complete output of the R CMD INSTALL command as well as a shortend version here:

[root at Mars Download]# R CMD INSTALL RBGL_1.20.0.tar.gz
* Installing to library ‘/usr/lib64/R/library’
* Installing *source* package ‘RBGL’ ...

* Removing ‘/usr/lib64/R/library/RBGL’

It seems that gcc has a problem when using the apply_wrap.hpp file, although I cannot see anything wrong with it.
Any ideas on why this will not compile on my system?

Thanks
Phil
