[BioC] Showing two datasets in the same plot

There are several ways to display several datasets on the same graph,
although no direct equivalence with gnuplot's replot (although
update.trellis() and dev.copy() together emulate some of its
functionalities)
Try:
example(matplot)
library(lattice)
example(xyplot)
