[BioC] Annotation for Mouse 430 2.0 and Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Arrays

Hi Dorothy,
So all of the non-db packages have been discontinued and you won't see
them in future releases. They have been replaced by equivalent ".db"
packages. The ".db" packages should behave the same and contain the
same kinds of information as the older ones. The biggest difference is
that the ".db" packages will contain a real database inside, which gives
us a great deal more flexibility in how these packages can be used in
the future.
So as an example, the mouse430a package has been discontinued, while the
mouse430a.db package should contain the same kind of information as the
mouse430a package used to. With each release of bioconductor, all of
the annotation packages are updated, so the contents may change as we
learn more about these genes.
