[BioC] Overview of "Available Bioconductor Software for Processing Oligonucleotide Arrays" at bioconductor.org

Given the interest new users have in Bioconductor package selection, we 
had added a new section called Common Workflows to our website. The 
first entry in this area is titled "Available Bioconductor Software for 
Processing Oligonucleotide Arrays", which can be found at

http://bioconductor.org/docs/workflows/oligoarrays/

We plan to add more entries in the section in the weeks to come.
